(Required) Perform Good Faith Exams, and Patient Evaluations for Sleep Medicine and Weight Management. Follow up appointment to control weight management medications, read lab results, give sleep study results to the patients, set up order for CPAP, referrals to other specialists, mask fittings, etc. Ensure effective patient care through the implementation of established clinical practice standards, written and oral treatment protocols and training Patient charting Evaluating patients and following up with treatments Medical consultations over the phone and video appointments. Educate and excite patients on existing and new services and plans through making recommendations Additional Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Acquiring CPAP data downloads and collaborating closely with local Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers Making letters of appeals, letters of medical necessity, sending prescriptions on behalf of the provider. HIGHLY DESIRABLE: Training in the use of CPAP masks and assisting patients with fitting sample PAP masks. Experience in sleep medicine, psychiatry/behavioral health, neurology, pulmonary, cardiology, ENT or aesthetic medicine. Fast typing skills and experience with Microsoft Applications like Outlook and Teams. SUCCESS FACTORS: Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner or PA or in a comparable role within the healthcare sector is beneficial.
