About the Role: McAlester Regional Health Center (MRHC) is seeking a dedicated House Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight during assigned shifts to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care throughout the facility. The House Manager serves as a key leader responsible for planning, organizing, coaching, and facilitating clinical functions and staff across departments. This role ensures compliance with DNV standards, hospital policies, and best practices while promoting teamwork among physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers. In addition, the House Manager plays a critical role in hospital-wide operations by coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers while maintaining awareness of hospital capacity and facilitating efficient patient throughput. In the absence of the Director of Nursing Services, the House Manager assumes operational leadership of nursing services during the assigned shift. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. About the Role: The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at Van Buren House is a Certified Nurse Assistant who has completed state-approved medication administration training and provides resident care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The CMA administers medications as prescribed, monitors residents for effectiveness and adverse reactions, and documents all care in accordance with MRHC policies, current standards of practice, Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) regulations, and Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC 310:677-13). This role requires compassionate, attentive care and strong communication skills to ensure resident safety and continuity of care. Minimum Qualifications: Current CNA and CMA certification in the State of Oklahoma. Completion of a CMA training program approved by the Oklahoma State Department of Health and the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry. Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
