About the Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) at Regional West Physicians Clinic (RWPC) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary clinical environment. This position is responsible for assessing patient health status, administering treatments, and collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. The RN will ensure patient safety and comfort while providing education and support to patients and their families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention. Minimum Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska. Graduation from an accredited nursing program Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and clinical procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic environment. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly EPIC. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms to inform clinical decision-making. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Provide patient education on disease management, medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health measures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatments, and clinical observations in EPIC. Assist with patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
