Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
Monitor and document patient vital signs, behavior, and progress
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and service

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required; LPN diploma or certification preferred
1 year of experience as an LPN; experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting a plus
Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska
Ability to work variable shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
