As a Charge Nurse at our facility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Job Summary: As a Charge Nurse, you will provide hands-on care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care.
