Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Current and valid state RN License.2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.3. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.4. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.5. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.6. Ventilator Management experience preferred.7. Qualifications REQUIRED Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with one (1) year of nursing experience in area of specialty. Associates Degree with three (3) years’ clinical experience OR Bachelor’s in Nursing with Two (2) years’ clinical experience. Demonstrated ability to set priorities and make appropriate clinical and supervisory decisions. Must possess good problem solving skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Essential Responsibilities The registered nurse provides leadership in a professional practice setting.
