We are seeking to hire 1-2 professionals who have a minimum of 3 -5 years of caregiving experience with seniors, excellent communication skills, and a heart for working with seniors. The main function of our Floater is to ensure reliability, so we also seek individuals who can assist with all types of clients, not be afraid of animals, able to tolerate clients who smoke, have flexibilty on covering shifts and are able to drive.
