About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Primary Care Walk-In Clinic team. Clinic Flow Support: Room patients, assist providers, and direct patients to the ER when necessary. Provider Collaboration: Work closely with 3–4 providers per day to ensure efficient, coordinated patient care. Patient Volume Management: Support a high-volume clinic (50–100 patients daily) with efficiency and professionalism. Utilizes nursing judgment to recommend minor self-care management interventions at home. Documents triage calls in EMR. As applicable to the assigned area(s); coordinates care and follow-up for lab work, transfusions, and/or infusions in patient’s preferred community and locations. Serves as a primary point of contact and coordination for associated treatment and/or infusion services. Assesses and anticipates the needs of the patient, and coordinates the necessary interventions as defined by policy, procedure and the written/verbal orders of the provider as applicable to assigned area(s). Under the direction of the provider(s), oversees and directs the care provided by assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients and/or families as applicable to assigned area(s).
