Under general supervision, the Medical Assistant is responsible for providing patient care services, determining medical conditions, and preparing patients for examination and treatment under the direction of the Provider. Plan working schedule to allow for education, supervision, and evaluations of performance for all nursing personnel during the shift. Maintain completeness of resident charts and individual care plans, making sure entries are timely, informative, and descriptive of resident’s condition. Write daily nursing notes on all skilled residents, and monthly summary notes on each resident according to posted schedule. Be responsible for timely execution of all physician orders, including laboratory testing, specialized therapy orders, and preparation and administration of all medications as indicated. RN Requirements: Must have a valid RN license in good standing. Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required. Completion of orientation required by company policy.
