Q: Can IntelyCare give IntelyPros a COVID-19 Vaccine?

Unfortunately not. IntelyCare does not qualify as a distributor of the COVID-19 vaccine under the Federal Pharmacy Partnership for Long-term Care program. However, we continue to lobby for access to the vaccine for both our employees and other frontline contract workers across the country.

Q: Are IntelyPros eligible to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine?

Yes. All long-term care healthcare professionals (that includes IntelyPros!) are eligible to receive the vaccine through operating vaccine clinics.

Q: How can IntelyPros receive a COVID-19 Vaccine?

If you have not already received a COVID-19 vaccine, there are two ways for temporary and contract nursing professionals to receive one…

Option 1: Work with a familiar facility’s administration to schedule a vaccine.

Nursing facilities are distributing vaccines to their staff and should allow you to participate in their vaccine clinics. We suggest speaking with a Director of Nursing or another administrator at a familiar facility during your next shift. Ask if they have another COVID-19 vaccine clinic coming up, and see if you can be included.

In most cases, facilities will be happy to vaccinate a nursing professional that regularly works for them through IntelyCare.

Option 2: Reach out to your local Department of Public Health

Many Departments of Public Health across the country are beginning to organize COVID-19 clinics designated specifically for frontline workers like you.

We encourage nursing professionals to reach out to your local Department of Public Health to see if there is an upcoming vaccine clinic on their calendar.

Massachusetts IntelyPros are currently eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine under Phase 1. To find a vaccine clinic near you, click here. For a full map of vaccine clinics in Massachusetts, click here. All sites require appointments at this time. 

When you arrive at the clinic, please bring one of the following forms of ID:

  • For licensed health care professionals, the current Massachusetts professional license
  • An employer-issued photo ID card that includes your name and title
  • Letter of authorization from IntelyCare stating you are a current employee AND state photo identification or license. (You should have received an email from IntelyCare with a link to an authorization form. If you do not have one, please email us at
  • Recent paystub AND a state photo identification or license
