Nursing Positions We Staff

At IntelyCare, nursing professionals can work the shifts they want, where they want, as often as they want. 

We offer per-diem shifts, contract assignments, and home health visit opportunities for a variety of different positions. Whatever your nursing qualifications are, and whatever type of work you are looking for, we have something that will work for you. 

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) 

We hire CNAs, GNAs, LNAs, SRNAs and STNAs, for full-time, part-time, and contract work. Our Nursing Assistants do the following: 

  • Perform and assist with direct patient care activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and eating 
  • Take vital signs 
  • Ensure the health, safety, and comfort of patients 
  • Document care provided in EHR systems and report changes in resident status 
  • Aid physicians and nursing staff with certain procedures, if needed 

In order to work for IntelyCare as a CNA you must have an applicable Certified Nursing Assistant (or similar) state certification. 

Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) – Post-Acute Care

We hire Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) for full-time, part-time, and contract work in post-acute care. Our CMAs do the following: 

  • Administer medication and provide treatment assistance to residents according to orders as prescribed by the health care provider
  • Supervise residents responsible for self-administration of medication
  • Regularly monitor residents and report changes in physical condition and behaviors
  • Assure proper maintenance of resident records in compliance with local, state and federal laws

To work as a CMA for IntelyCare you must have: 

  • A valid CMA certificate
  • A valid CNA certificate

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

We hire Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), as well as Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), for full-time, part-time, and contract work. Our LPNs do the following: 

  • Administer nursing care, including giving medication, providing treatments, and changing IVs 
  • Supervise CMAs/MedTechs and CNAs 
  • Administer wound care (dependent upon certifications and state regulations) 
  • Perform focused assessments (with RN oversight) 
  • Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients 
  • Document care provided in EHR systems and report changes in resident status 
  • Aid physicians and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed 

To work as an LPN for IntelyCare you must have: 

  • A high school diploma 
  • Diploma from an approved LPN (or LVN) educational program 
  • An applicable Licensed Practical Nurse (or LVN) state license 
  • Minimum of four months of experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital setting 

Registered Nurses (RNs)

We hire Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, part-time, and contract work. Our RNs do the following: 

  • Administer professional nursing care, which includes recording patient histories, administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, assessing patients, and developing patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals 
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as necessary 
  • Record observations, document care provided in EHR systems, and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor 
  • Supervise LPNs, CMAs/MedTechs, and CNAs 

To work as an RN for IntelyCare you must have: 

  • Diploma from an approved nursing program 
  • An applicable Registered Nurse (RN) state license 
  • Minimum of four months of experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital setting 

Registered Nurses (RNs) – Home Health Care (Coming Soon)

We will soon be hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) with Home Health/OASIS experience for Home Health care assignments. Home Health RNs do the following: 

  • Complete an initial health assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs 
  • Provide a complete physical assessment and history of current and previous illness 
  • Conduct home visits as assigned, assessing the patient’s condition, progress toward goals, providing patient care, teaching and other skilled interventions as ordered 
  • Regularly re-evaluate patient nursing needs, as part of nursing visit. Initiate appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures 
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Provide health care instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan of care. Identify discharge planning needs during nursing visits 
  • Communicate needs to team as part of the care plan development; assists in implementing prior to discharge of the patient 
  • Assure proper maintenance of EHR/Clinical Records in compliance with local, state and federal laws 
  • Educate patient and families in self-care and health management
