Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department. Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and facility compliance. Participate in facility surveys and audits by regulatory agencies. Address and resolve any concerns to maintain a safe, high-quality care environment. Qualifications: Active RN License in the State of New York. Experience: At least 2 years in long-term care or rehabilitation, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
