Monitor infection control practices and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage nursing department budget, including staffing, supplies, and equipment. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in accordance with facility standards. Serve as a liaison between residents, families, physicians, and facility staff. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. CPR certification required.
