**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Caregiver Supervisor to oversee and enhance the quality of care provided by our team of personal caregivers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for caregiving, and experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare or home care setting. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

·         Supervise, mentor, and support a team of personal caregivers in delivering high-quality personal care services.

·         Conduct regular assessments of client needs and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

·         Monitor caregiver performance and provide ongoing training and development to enhance skills and ensure compliance with service standards.

·         Serve as a liaison between clients, families, staff, and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.

·         Assist in scheduling and coordinating caregiver assignments to ensure adequate coverage and continuity of care.

·         Handle client and caregiver concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

·         Maintain accurate records of care provided, incidents, accidents, and other necessary documentation.

·         Promote a positive and supportive work environment that encourages caregiver retention and satisfaction. 

**Qualifications:**

·         Proven experience as a personal caregiver or in a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.

·         Strong understanding of personal care services, health and safety regulations, and best practices in caregiving.

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

·         Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of clients.

·         CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

·         Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
