We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and serve the Big Spring/ Stanton area. Benefits Part-Time, PRN or Full-Time Health, vision, dental, and life insurance Paid time off Competitive Pay Team Environment Flexible Schedules Sign-on Bonus Responsibilities Visit patients in their homes for one-on-one visits Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients Assess patients’ conditions and chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures, and make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient’s quality of life Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing Current state license as an RN Proof of current CPR certification Compassionate, friendly demeanor Excellent communication skills Current driver’s license and reliable transportation Bilingual preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally

Licensed Vocational Nurse

Benefits Health, vision, dental, life insurance Paid time off Competitive Pay Team Environment Flexible Schedules Responsibilities Under the direction of the RN, assist in identifying the physical and environmental needs as evidenced by documentation, clinical record, case conference, team report and evaluations Participate in planning and implementing care in conjunction with the RN Provide care utilizing infection control measures that protect both the staff and patient Assure continuity of quality patient care delivered with appropriate documentation Prepare regular clinical/progress notes and summaries Assist the patient with the activities of daily living while teaching appropriate self-care techniques Provide and maintain a safe environment for the patient, including an optimum physical and emotional environment Maintain client confidentiality Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury, or significant change in the patient's condition Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing Proof of current LVN license Proof of current CPR certification Ability to work flexible schedule Minimum 1 year experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
