Overview The Registered Nurse in the PICU under general supervision, conducts patient assessments, participates in the development of the plan of care, implements and evaluates care according to patient specific age and/or developmental needs. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire. 4. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current. 5. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred. 6. Ventilator Management experience preferred. 7. Medical-Surgical Nurse-Board Certified (RN-BC) or similar certification; preferred. 8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
