Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department PRN

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. REPORTS TO Nurse Manager JOB REQUIREMENTS Supervisory Responsibilities: NO Minimum Education: Bachelors or Associates of Nursing Required Degree: Nursing License/Certification Required: Nursing Licensure for State of Tennessee Minimum Work Experience: Pediatric nursing experience preferred. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Excellent communication and customer service skills. Demonstrated clinical abilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the healthcare needs of patients and formulates nursing diagnoses based on the analysis of that assessment data, and documents data in a concise and timely manner. Develops and follows a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes. Identifies expected outcomes for the plan of care individualized to the child, family, and situation. Implements and coordinates the delivery of care while employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Evaluates progress toward the attainment of outcomes. Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice. Collaborates with the family in the conduct of nursing practice. All decisions and actions are on behalf of the patient and family and in all areas of practice are determined in an ethical manner. Integrates research findings into practice and, where appropriate, participates in the generation of new knowledge in innovative ways. Interacts with and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues. Serves as a leader in the practice setting and in the profession. Acquires and maintains current knowledge and competency in nursing practice. Considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost and impact on practice in planning and delivering care. Unit Tech (UT) Inpatient Surgery, Full Time, Dayshift

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Accurately performs tasks involving specific nursing care for patients delegated by and performed under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse. Acts as a receptionist/secretary and is responsible for the smooth and efficient performance of clerical activities on an assigned nursing unit during a designated shift. REPORTS TO Nurse Manager JOB REQUIREMENTS Supervisory Responsibilities: No Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED Degree: General License/Certification Required: BLS required within 90 days of hire and required to be maintained throughout employment; NAHUC Certification encouraged. Minimum Work Experience: Nursing Assistant and/or 6 months experience or training required. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Effective communication skills required. Strong computer skills required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrates the skills and judgment necessary to provide direct care to patients under the direct supervision of licensed personnel. Dolly Children's Summer Camp Small Group Leader (Seasonal)

CAMP DATES: Camp Cure: June 8 - 12, 2026 DMG Camp: June 15 - 19 & June 22 - 26, 2026 Camp Eagle's Nest: July 18 - 22, 2026 (overnight camp) JOB DESCRIPTION: A small group leader will assist campers with medical and/or special needs while facilitating camp participation including mobility assistance, self-care, communication, and group safety. Oversees and directs a group of approximately 10-12 campers during organized group activities and transitions. Group leaders may coordinate with other staff members to assist in implementing camp rules and guidelines. Leaders will communicate with counselors, staff, and parents regarding daily camper experience with the assistance and input of campers’ individual counselors. BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB A small group leader will provide leadership and guidance to promote a fun, safe, and engaging camp environment while promoting camper participation and maintaining group schedules. BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Responsible for daily supervision and management of team of patient access liaisons (PALs), servicing inbound and outbound calls that help patients and family members navigate and access ETCH services. Maintains and fosters practice success by hiring employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing the budgets of the practices, as well as fostering effective communication to team, providers, and senior leadership.
