Generally, the teams are divided into a med/surg team and an ICU team, with the opportunity to cross train to areas of interest as your experience on the team grows. Nurses on these teams take a patient assignment on a different unit each shift based on the needs of the hospital. It is the perfect platform to experience all that CHLA nursing has to offer!
