Unit Resource Nurse IV - Cath Lab - FT Days

The Unit Resource Nurse IV is responsible for providing all aspects of clinical care while providing effective and appropriate communication to ensure the optimal patient experience possible. Assignments will include but are not limited to admission, transfer, discharge, meal/break relief and other duties as assigned. The Manager Home Health, Nursing is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. The Manager Home Health, Nursing is responsible for ensuring that care and services are delivered appropriately and for the supervision of clinical personnel in the delivery of patient care. Core Competencies Receives patient referrals from intake. Reviews available patient information related to case, including disciplines required, to determine home care needs. Uses clinical judgment to match needs of patient with skill of clinicians.
