Makes written or oral shift assignments and plans, organizes, and directs the nursing activities of the unit, assuring quality care delivery. Provides other nursing duties including first aid and medical intervention within scope of licensure as necessary for each individual client. Supports admission processes to ensure PHF / YPHF beds remain full, including reviewing admission packets and securing approval, scheduling admissions, and completing all required verifications & forms upon arrival in facility.
