JOB SUMMARY: This caregiver position will be focusing on our new client startups. The position will require a very good set of caregiving skills, experience and the ability to be flexible regarding your daily tasks and responsibilities. Care giver performance, standard of care and current care plan will be evaluated, documented and communicated to Client Care Manger. · Conducts client caregiver introductions. · Document care / issues/ events in ClearCare and in client / caregiver files. · Conducts client and caregiver in home training visits on a predetermined schedule for the purposes of care plan compliance and the evaluating quality of care and going forward care plan updates. · Acts as a liaison between RAH caregiver, RAH clients, client families, office staff, and outside contacts. · Pro-actively learns the scheduling role and is able to actively back up this position in times of vacation or illness to the primary scheduler. · Actively engages in training and new hire orientation when required. · Protect company records and property. · Participate in educational opportunities in health care.
