As a Clinic Manager for Swope Health St. Joseph KidsCare Pediatric Clinic, you will lead a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. Produce/supervise scheduling and arrange daily assignment of duties for clinic staff to accommodate patient volume and Provider support to maximize service. Maintain regular and ongoing communication and oversight of clinic staff. Leads and role models patient experience efforts and communicates with patients who bring forth both complaints and compliments. Obtain, review, and develop action plans in conjunction with the Director of Nursing with clinic staff from patient feedback surveys.
