Overview The Nurse Manager is responsible for management of clinical services of the Urogynecology Division, within the Department of OBGYN. The Nurse Manager works closely with the Urogynecology Division Director, Urogynecology Practice Manager, and Department Administrator to develop, implement, and maintain clinical programs that enhance the quality of care and achieve a high level of patient and provider satisfaction. The Nurse Manager is primarily responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations and oversight of the Urogynecology Division in both Norfolk and Virginia Beach. The Nurse Manager provides direction and manages professional employees and is accountable for the performance and results of a team within the framework of the OBGYN Department and EVMS Medical Group. Responsibilities Position will be actively involved in daily clinical support functions to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare. These functions will include hands on support and oversight within the Urogynecology clinical operations at both the Norfolk and Virginia Beach locations, to include nursing, provider, and patient support and coordination throughout the day.
