Compensation: $39-$41 for LPN licensure/ $45-$50 for RN licensure

What You’ll Do:

·         Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs

·         Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes

·         Manage clinical operations and mentor staff

·         Lead with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude

What You Bring:

·         MUST HAVE: Valid/ Active NJ RN/ LPN license

·         MUST HAVE: LTC Experience and previous supervisory experience
