Time in staffing (functioning in the charge nurse roll) and office time will be based on OIP recommendations for the unit. Position Summary The Education Nurse Specialist (ENS) is a registered professional nurse who provides safe, expedient, and cost-effective Clinical Education services to ensure quality patient outcomes. As a member of a team of Educators, the ENS assesses educational needs, plans programs to meet those needs, implements those programs, and evaluates the effectiveness of offerings for employees, students, volunteers, and diverse community members across the lifespan.
