A licensed Registered Nurse is needed to provide dedicated support within an educational setting for children requiring specialized care. This position involves providing 1:1 nursing support to a small group of students ranging in age from 3 to 15 years old, some of whom use wheelchairs and require ventilator assistance. Responsibilities include: Delivering direct nursing care in the classroom to a group of seven students. Managing ventilator equipment and monitoring respiratory status. Collaborating with educators and support staff to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment. Maintaining accurate health documentation and emergency care plans. Qualifications: Current RN license in good standing. Proven experience with ventilator care and related medical equipment. Ability to provide 1:1 nursing support in a school setting, including elementary, middle, and high school-aged children. Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel. Compassionate and patient approach to care for children with complex medical needs.
