The Specialty Care NP Manager will be responsible for the clinical and operational oversight of the NPs in the Heart Center (CHF and Virtual Cardiology Clinics) and the CKD Clinic while continuing to provide clinical care to patients in either the Heart Center or CKD Clinic. Responsibilities will include: 50% of your time will be dedicated to providing patient care either in the heart center or the CKD clinic (18 hours per week): These responsibilities include: Conduct focused and thorough assessments of patients with conditions that impact heart or kidney health through virtual consultations including ordering diagnostics as needed, interpreting labs and imaging data, and developing a treatment plan in collaboration with the clinic team.
