Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Possession of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; AND 2. Five (5) years of professional-level experience in a function dedicated to compliance, cultural engagement, diversity, equity and/or inclusion programs. Professional-level experience consists of interpreting laws and regulations, and/or exercising independent judgment in the application of defined principles, practices, and regulations. This experience must include two (2) years developing and implementing compliance, cultural engagement equity and/or inclusion programs; AND 3. Three (3) years supervising professional level staff. Substitution: Additional qualifying experience in the functional area listed above at any level (i.e., supervisory or non-supervisory) may be substituted for the required degree on a year-for-year basis. One year (2,000 hours) will be considered equivalent to thirty semester units or forty-five quarter units.
