Team Collaboration Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, personcentered care. Support a positive team environment built on communication, respect, and shared goals. Provide guidance and support to CNAs during the shift. Resident Support & Customer Service Build trusting, caring relationships with residents and families. Respond to resident needs with compassion, patience, and professionalism. Promote a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for all residents. Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols. Support survey readiness and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arkansas. Previous healthcare experience required (skilled nursing or longterm care preferred). Strong clinical skills with a commitment to highquality resident care. Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively within a team. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
