Call center experience, Epic Nurse Triage Module Additional Information: Job Requirements: The RN will work closely with service lines, providers, and clinics to provide suitable and timely patient follow up. The RN will be responsible for reviewing, requesting, and submitting clinical documentation as appropriate. This position will be required to identify and differentiate between routine, urgent, or emergent/life-threatening symptoms in order to provide safe and timely dispositions. The RN will respond to patient and provider inquiries, prioritizing responses and routing urgent situations as necessary to providers. Maintains accurate and appropriate documentation and follows patient privacy in accordance with HIPPA and UAMS policies and procedures. Performs to the level of a licensed registered nurse as dictated by the Arkansas Nurse Practice Act and UAMS.
