Position Summary
Nightingale at Crossett is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for our 7pm–7am shift. The ideal candidate is passionate about resident care, thrives in a teamoriented environment, and brings prior healthcare experience to support highquality clinical outcomes. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering handson nursing care, supporting residents’ wellbeing, and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly, and document all care provided.

Assist with assessments, wound care, and other clinical tasks as directed by the RN or DON.
Team Collaboration

Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, personcentered care.

Support a positive team environment built on communication, respect, and shared goals.

Provide guidance and support to CNAs during the shift.
Resident Support & Customer Service

Build trusting, caring relationships with residents and families.
-
Respond to resident needs with compassion, patience, and professionalism.

Promote a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for all residents.
Compliance & Documentation
-
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.

Support survey readiness and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
-
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arkansas.

Previous healthcare experience required (skilled nursing or longterm care preferred).

Strong clinical skills with a commitment to highquality resident care.

Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively within a team.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
