JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Nursing student within 12 months of graduation. Enrollment in accredited nursing school (RN) is mandatory to maintain employment in the nurse residency program. JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the licensed Registered Nurse, performs tasks and activities related to patient care to an assigned group of patients. Observes practices, functions, and care models of licensed Registered Nurse. Provides care for patients in accordance with age specific needs; provide care in accordance with any identifiable cultural diversity needs (such as religious beliefs, lifestyles, physical capabilities and cultures). Routinely greet and escort patients. Operate hospital software, equipment and assist with vital sign collection according to established hospital protocols.
