Introducing Nursing Professionals Week 2022! It is about time for nursing professionals to receive the celebration they deserve. That’s why we are setting sail to celebrate the Nursing Professionals Week aboard Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas! Join us for a 5-day cruise out of Miami, Florida to the Bahamas, from May 9 – 13, 2022.
The cruise itinerary includes stops at Perfect Day at Cococay and Nassau, a full day at sea, opportunities for you to earn up to 20 CEU credits while on board, and much more! The goal of this Nursing Professionals Week celebration is two-fold – first and foremost, we want to give you the opportunity to relax and unwind with your fellow colleagues like you have never had the chance to before. Second, we want to provide you with access to a multitude of continuing education classes, all in one place, provided by leading experts in the nursing field!
Continuing Education Classes
We will be offering classes on topics like Health and Wellness, Building Community, Nutrition, and more. The classes will be taught by subject matter experts from a variety of different backgrounds. Most classes will be offered more than once, so if you want to take a specific class that interferes with the time of a cruise activity that you also want to take part in, you should be able to take the class at a different time. In between your classes, sunbathe on the cruise deck, step off the ship to explore the white sand beaches of the Bahamas, and make memories with your colleagues!
Cruise Activities
There will be so much to do both on and off the ship. Want to spend your time in the sun? There are pools, water slides, and a mini golf course for you to enjoy. Are you more of an indoor recreation person? There are rock-climbing walls, fitness classes, and a full gym for you to take advantage of. Are you interested in cruising for the entertainment? Get ready for live shows, musicians, DJs, and lots of dancing! Oh, and did we mention that there are 10 themed restaurants and 11 bars and lounges on board the ship? However you like to indulge, relax, or have fun, the Freedom of the Seas has something for you!
