Meet the IntelyCare Support Teams

When nursing professionals start a new, full-time job they can usually rely on the facility to provide benefits, training, and any support they need as they enter a new world of work. When they take on a per diem job through a staffing agency, they are often on their own.

IntelyCare is re-writing the script and providing all the support you could need as a nurse or nursing aide entering a new job. As a W2 employee with IntelyCare you are provided access to healthcare and dental benefits as well as continuing education resources. However, did you know you also get an entire team of support staff that will help you every step of the way on your IntelyCare journey?

The IntelyCare Support System

Our support staff is with you from day one, starting with guiding you through our application process. That support never goes away! Available 24/7, you’ll receive hands on support from a real human on the other end of a phone call, text, or email, for whatever you need. Let’s meet the teams!

Recruiting Team

Taking the first step towards a new job is scary, and we want to make sure you don’t have to do it alone. From the moment you first log in to our system, you are assigned a recruiter who will be there to support you.

We know that applying for a nursing position can feel overwhelming. There is tons of documentation to review and submit, an interview, and a complete credentialing process to complete. Just know that as you work through the application process, you have a resource that can answer any of your questions. Simply email recruiting@intelycare.com to get a response from a real human who can walk you through our application steps!

Credentialing Team

Getting a new job as a nursing professional isn’t always easy. There is a lot that goes into getting vetted and working through the credentialing process. Thankfully, because IntelyCare hires you as an employee, you only have to do this process once with an experienced team who can guide you.

Our credentialing team is made up of experienced credentialing specialists and experts who understand the ins and outs of the process and the individual requirements for each state. Do you have a question about how fingerprinting works in your state? Not sure if your state is part of the Nurse Licensure Compact? Contact this team via credentialing@intelycare.com and they will get back to you with factual, helpful information as quickly as possible.

IntelyPro Success Managers

The day has finally arrived! You completed your application, interview, and documentation and received your official offer letter from IntelyCare. Now it’s time to do the real work and show up to a brand new facility where you don’t know anyone. Thankfully, once you activate your IntelyCare account, you get a dedicated IntelyPro Success Manager (ISM) who is there to lead you to success.

Your ISM is there to make you feel empowered on our app, and to ensure you can navigate our technology and company to maximize your experience. This person is there for any questions you have. Do you need help with app functionality? Do you want assistance finding and picking up shifts that would be a good match for you? Do you have a question about a promotion you saw on the app? Or do you want someone to talk to about how to advance your career? Your ISM is that person for you!

The reality is that it can be scary to walk into an unknown facility for the first time, no matter how long you have been a nurse or an aide. Your ISM will be there to support your entire IntelyCare journey whenever you have questions! You will not lose access to your ISM unless you leave IntelyCare.

Customer Service & Operations Team

While our IntelyPros are assigned ISMs with whom they can build a relationship over time, sometimes you just need a quick answer to a question. That is where our 24/7 customer service and operations team steps in. No question is too big or too small for this team, and if for any reason they don’t know the answer, they will help you find it!

The customer service and operations team is available at any time to answer questions about timesheets, shift revisions, paychecks, or anything else that comes up while you’re working with us. Feel free to reach out to them 24/7 by calling 617-971-8344. If emailing for help is your preference, simply send your message to careteam@intelycare.com and one of our operations team members will answer you in a timely manner!

Education and Clinical Quality Team

Last, but certainly not least, your support squad is rounded out with our Education and Clinical Quality team! Not only does IntelyCare want to be there for your present, but we want to set you up for success in the future. This team is in charge of our IntelyEdu site, which offers free continuing education resources for all of our IntelyPros. Their focus is on upskilling nurses and CNAs and providing you with opportunities to pursue a career path that interests you.

The Sky is the Limit!

With IntelyCare, IntelyPros are covered from every angle. We know how valuable it is to give our nursing professionals the space to provide the best care to their patients. Need to finish your application? You can pick up where you left off, or start a new application.
