Staffing Industry Analysts: Ike Nnah, 40 Under 40

Staffing Industry Analysts, the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, named IntelyCare’s co-founder and Chief Technical Officer, Ike Nnah, to their annual 40 Under 40 list.

Ike Nnah is co-founder and chief technical officer of IntelyCare, an online staffing platform for nurses and CNAs that uses an AI-powered mobile app to link them with jobs. The Quincy, Massachusetts-based firm operates in seven states and raised $10.8 million in a series A funding round last November.

IntelyCare began business about 3½ years ago. Nnah says its recruitment process is mostly automated, but there are points where there is a human touch — including an interview with a recruiter and a contact after a worker gets his or her assignment.
