These roles involve patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. May work across various healthcare settings, such as hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and community health organizations. Responsibilities include the delivery of medical care, supporting patients and their families, and ensuring the effective functioning of healthcare teams. Requires Registered Nurse certification. Care navigators ensure that patients receive timely care and have access to resources that support their treatment journey.
