Position Overview The Registered Nurse Radiology plans, organizes, coordinates, directs and evaluates the nursing care of all patients in the Radiology Department and performs selected primary clinical functions of a professional nurse, including but not limited to providing education and starting IVs. He/She manages all supplies, equipment and other resources in the department pertaining to patient care; and, promotes teamwork with physicians and other SRHS employees. Expectation is for all performed duties to be in accordance with Singing River Health System procedures and policies, accreditation organization, and governing guidance and publications for health care employees.
