Job Description​ We are looking for Advanced Practice Providers who will be floating between St. Luke's East and Perryman location. This is a full time position Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-5:00 pm. No weekend and holiday rotations. 2 years of APP experience required. Key Responsibilities • Provide timely care for patients presenting with acute, non-life-threatening conditions in a same-day clinic setting. Acute needs: Examples: URI, bronchitis, otitis, rash, UTI, sprains/strains Urgent needs: Examples: acute abdominal pain w/o severe symptoms, injuries, migraines, nausea/vomiting, blood pressure elevation Med Refill visit if visit with Care Team is not available in timely fashion.
