This position offers… • Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost • Mileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travel • Employee Discounts – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition • Workplace Culture – An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce • Additional Perks & Benefits – Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more Key Responsibilities: • Perform appropriate nursing assessments and evaluate client health conditions based on service requirements. • Complete initial medical histories and vital signs, coordinating action plans based on results. • Monitor health status and coordinate care with treatment teams as per client needs. • Create action plans addressing both physical and mental health treatment needs. • Administer and monitor medications according to state and service line standards while educating clients about their benefits. • Collaborate with physicians and consult with advanced practice providers for comprehensive client management. • Oversee infectious disease control and ensure client hygiene practices are maintained. • Arrange medical appointments and handle emergencies, ensuring client safety at all times. • Provide health education and disease prevention strategies to clients. • Complete timely documentation as required by company policies and procedures. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: • Current Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice. • Must be willing to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services. • BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred for FQHC. Additional Qualifications: • Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check. • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance. Physical Requirements • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift. • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
