CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Opportunity at a 200 bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Rosemont at Stone Mountain is seeking caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant) to be part of our team. Competitive wages and benefits. Qualifications and Skills Certified Nurse Assistant with a current State of Georgia certification. Previous experience is desired. GED/High School diploma required The ideal candidate should have at least one year or more of long term care experience but newly certified nursing assistants are welcome to apply! Must have a current State Certification Responsible for the delivery of care to the residents assigned on a daily basis Understand and comply with all Resident Rights Understand and practice Infection Control and Universal Precautions Observe and report residents general condition and behavior Understand and practice the principles of lifting Documentation of required resident information Participate in fire/disaster drills, inservices and scheduled staff meetings 
Overview Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing. Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work. One year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice. One year of RN management experience. Current CPR certification. The MDS Coordinator reviews and optimizes the MDS Process to ensure appropriate services are rendered justifies facility reimbursement.Qualifications: Current Georgia Nursing Licensure, LPN or RN Experience in clinical and utilization experience in a Long Term Care or skilled facility Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid reimbursement guidelines, PPS and Rugs categories as it relates to the MDS process.

Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed. May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene. Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output. REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work as a team member. Skilled Long-term experience. Valid GA State LPN license. Must be in good standing with State Registry. Shifts: Fulltime 3p-11p, 11p-7a Baylor 7a-7p, 7p-7a PRN any shift 
The wound care nurse assess, treat and create care plans for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and or continence conditions. Cleaning surgical wound and helping a patient with pain management, and consulting staff on how to prevent pressure ulcers.
