Participate in state/federal nursing home survey processes, writing and implementing plans of correction as needed. Develop and implement in-service and training programs to enhance staff skills. Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Requirements: Must hold a current Registered Nurse license. Graduate of an accredited nursing school. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting, preferably as an ADON. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a customer service focus. In-depth knowledge of nursing skills and the ability to understand the therapeutic effects and side effects of all medications administered.
