Full Time CNA position pay: $19 per hour. Guaranteed 35+ hours every week and more if you work more. Shift: Days, Evenings, Weekends whenever needed by the team. CNA license in Georgia Minimum 2-3 years of experience 2 years professional verifiable experience Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance Possess a valid Driver’s License with good driving record & current automobile insurance Reliable Transportation Pass a background check Must be comfortable with pets (dogs & cats) Hoyer Lift experience Must have flexible availability Return calls within 30 mins Two weeks notice for any time off Schedule Available 7am to 8pm: Monday to Friday & every other weekend 35 hours guaranteed (cannot decline shifts or call out – if you do then only pay for hours worked) Shift length can be 2 hours all the way up to 12 hours per day Pay Guaranteed 35 hours per week Can NOT decline an offered shift If shifts are declined for 2 weeks in a row, the Floater position will be rescinded. (floater pay will be rescinded as well) You can work more than 35 hours Overtime is earned for anything over 40 hours Pay Rate is Flat for all shifts Holidays - you will earn time & one half CNA- $19/hour Shifts No ongoing clients Do not respond to the blasts Pick up: call out shifts, last minute care starts, last minute added shifts Schedulers will call you to tell you where you are needed to go Flexibility Must be able to see any client Must be ok with pets & smokers Clients are not required to put pets away Able to easily adapt to different environments/family dynamics/personalities Skilled in hoyer lift, gait belt, bedbound, etc….. Areas of Work Usually, will work in your area May need to go to other territories & will show VA map Orientation Must come into Orientation at 8:15am to meet with a manager.
