Bay Area Direct Client care has an immediate opening for an experienced LPN in the Palmetto area to care for a medically complex 2 year old male in the family home. He is medically complex with a tracheostomy on room air, and feeding tube. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year experience as a licensed LPN. We are currently hiring full time an part time days and nights. Day time shifts are from 7am- 7pm. Full time days to pick from are Sat, Sun, Tues, Thu, and Nights available are Thur, Fri, and Sat. The pay is $35/hr, weekly pay and direct deposit. Requirements: 1 year LPN licensed experience Current CPR/FIRST AIDE Pass Level 2 background Screen Reliable Transportation Preferred: Tracheostomy experience Gastrostomy tube experience 
Bay Area Direct Client Care has an immediate opening in the Ruskin, area for a Nurse in our medical group home. Shifts needed are 7pm-7am Fri, Mon , Tues, with weekly pay. Pay range $30-$33/hr. There are currently 4 consumers can admit 1 more with home health aide support. She requires medication via G tube and is incontinent of bowel and bladder with a history of seizures. The contracted dates are June 6,7,8,12, and 13th from 7am-7pm at a contracted rate of $40 per hour. Develops and oversees pre and post-op teaching classes, coordinating teaching materials with the physicians’ office. Tracks and documents data for National Consortium of Breast Centers Quality Program and National Accreditation Program for Breast Center accreditation. Informs and educates patients about their breast imaging results and post-biopsy home care. Provides education, support, and assistance to patients diagnosed with breast cancer, advocating for timely access to care and treatment. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Customer service focused.
