Join Our Caring Team as a Home Health Aide – Part-Time, Flexible Shifts!

Our growing home health agency is looking for compassionate, experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support clients in the Brandon, Seffner and Valrico, FL areas.

We provide meaningful work in a supportive environment where your skills and caring heart are valued.

Available Shifts Samples: (additional hours/shift times may be available). Days will vary.

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with daily living skills: feeding, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.

• Engage children in meaningful play that encourages independence and life skills.

• Support prescribed developmental goals including exercise, nutrition, and therapeutic activities.

• Work closely with our clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience caring for adult or pediatric clients and those with special needs (moderate to total hands-on care).

• Patience, kindness, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others.

• Must have:

  • Current CPR & First Aid certification

  • High school diploma/GED or higher

  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

  • Proven references in caregiving/home health

• Bilingual a plus!

What We Expect:
We care for families who depend on us, so reliability is key. Call-outs are only accepted for documented emergencies or medical appointments, and planned time off should be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.
