Under minimal supervision, develops and implements initial training, future training and care team development programs for the Biocontainment Unit and associated inpatient/outpatient/pre-hospital settings. Conducts ongoing education for the team and is responsible for assuring the competency of the interdisciplinary team members on the High-risk Infection Team. Conducts and/or facilitates just in time training for interdisciplinary team members who enter the Biocontainment Unit. Mentors, supports, and coaches High-risk Infection Team Leads.
