Colorado Health Care Association (CHCA) 2022 Fall Convention & Exposition

Join us at the Colorado Health Care Association (CHCA) 2022 Fall Convention & Exposition at the Embassy Suites in Loveland, Colorado on September 20th- 22nd.

CHCA Community Member Attendee Fee: $625 total for the first three registered attendees, and a $50 fee for any additional attendees. Non-Member Community Fee: $725 total for the first three registered attendees, and a $50 fee for any additional attendees Associate Members and Exhibitors may not register as Community Attendees.

Vaccination & Screening Requirements

Anyone choosing to participate in the Fall Convention MUST provide a copy of their vaccination, this may be given during registration, or presented in person (the physical card must be present, or the attendee may show proof of vaccination through the Colorado ID App). All participants will also be required to obtain a daily screening. This is a requirement, and those unwilling to comply will be unable to participate in the event.

The room rates are $164.00 (Single, Double) $179.00 for a triple and $189.00 for a Queen suite.
Please make room reservations by August 20, 2022.
There is Complimentary Self-Parking Available.
There is a Complimentary Breakfast and Evening Reception for guests.
There is a $50 per night incidental hold that is authorized, but there is no resort fee.

Attendees are encouraged to dress up in 50’s costumes for the Free Event.

Wednesday Luncheon
$35 Fee per individual.

Chef Challenge (Sponsored by Shamrock Foods)
Communities that would like to participate should Submit a Challenge Application by August 2nd, 2022

Thursday Luncheon
$35 Fee per individual.

Spotlight on Excellence Awards Banquet
$75 Fee per individual.
Communities are encouraged to submit Spotlight on Excellence Nominations for their dedicated long term care personnel by August 2nd, 2022.

The Colorado Health Care Association (CHCA) and Center for Assisted Living belongs to its member communities, the professionals who work inside those communities, and the guests who are residents of those communities.
