3. Chipotle
Chipotle gives away 100,000 free burritos to healthcare heroes, including nurses. At the end of Nurses Week, winners will be selected at random and must verify their healthcare status before getting a digital burrito card.
4. Cinnabon
Nothing says “thank you” like a warm, gooey cinnamon roll. During Nurses Week, Cinnabon typically offers a free classic roll to nurses who show a valid ID at participating locations. It’s a sweet way to take a break — and a well-earned treat after a long shift.
5. Dunkin’
Need a pick-me-up before your next shift? On National Nurses Day (May 6), nurses can get a free medium coffee from Dunkin’ at participating locations. You can choose either a hot or iced coffee and customize your beverage with blueberry or vanilla flavoring.
6. Insomnia Cookies
Get a free classic cookie from Insomnia Cookies. All you need to do is visit a location and provide proof of healthcare employment to access these delicious Nurses Week 2025 freebies.
7. McDonald’s
McDonald’s has shown up for nurses in the past with freebies for Nurses Week, including breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, soft drinks, and coffee. Offers may vary by location, so check in with your local McD’s to see if they’re cooking up free stuff for Nurses Week 2025.
