Experience

With nearly 20 years of nursing experience in a variety of practice settings and positions, Lynn Barry currently oversees clinical operations strategy for IntelyCare and also manages its clinical quality, education, and credentialing teams. Barry has in-depth experience developing protocols, practices, and policies to support clinical operations and to drive efficiencies in the delivery of nursing care. As a senior leader, she also manages financial planning and budget management for nationwide clinical operations. Barry is also an advisor to a telehealth startup developing solutions to the staffing shortage in healthcare.

Barry has also worked as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Administrator, Clinical Nurse Manager, and as a Clinical Nurse Educator where she developed policies, procedures and training to frontline staff during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in a newly established field hospital. Among other affiliations, Barry is a member of the Healthcare Compliance Association, the National Alliance of Wound Care, the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing, the Society of Nurse Scientists, Innovators, Entrepreneurs & Leaders, and Sigma Theta Tau.
