Key Position Details: The Allina Health Cancer Institute is seeking a Hematology Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join the practice. This is a full-time position located at the Allina Health Cancer Institute in Cambridge. The work schedule is Monday through Friday and is primarily a clinic focused role. You will be working alongside a collaborative team that includes a Hematologist/Oncologist, an Advanced Practice Provider, and various support services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support patients with solid tumors as well as hematology patients. Your responsibilities will include seeing patients in the clinic and covering the infusion center. University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or a Certified Physician Assistant to join our Pediatric Emergency Department practice in Minneapolis, MN. M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Masonic Children's ED is located on the west bank of the Mississippi River in Minneapolis. They see an annual volume of about 25,000 patients. For the 2025-2026 US News & World Report rankings, M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital is the #1 top-ranked children's hospital in the Twin Cities Our emergency department is located in a state-of-the-art facility inside the hospital, which includes two trauma/resuscitation rooms Our providers have access to more than 60 pediatric specialties Our dedicated pediatric emergency medicine department is designed with kids in mind, with experienced and compassionate pediatric caregivers In this role, you will: Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations Compile patient medical data, including health history Order diagnostic tests, including imaging, electrocardiograms, laboratory tests, and interpret test results Perform therapeutic procedures, like suturing, splinting, wound care, nerve blocks and other procedures appropriate for an emergency department setting Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, and medical devices Instruct and counsel patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens Work with a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (Epic) to create and maintain appropriate patient records Care for and communicate with patients, family members, co-workers, and other medical professionals Exhibit professionalism that is the expression of positive values and ideals as care is delivered and maintain commitment to ethical principles pertaining to provision or withholding of clinical care, confidentiality of patient information, informed consent, and business practices Your schedule: Shifts are 10 hours per day, with mainly evening shifts scheduled Current schedule hours are 12p-10p Rotate weekends and holidays, working 1 in 3 weekends Openings: 0.5 - 1.0 FTE We’re looking for a PA or NP who is: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and formal Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner training program or a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. A strong preference for providers with 2+ years of emergency medicine and/or pediatrics experience Current MN RN license and be approved or eligible by the Minnesota Board of Nursing for prescription writing privileges or a current PA license with prescriptive authority through the MN Board of Medical Practice. Certified through ANCC/AANP or eligible for ANCC/AANP national exam or through the NCCPA and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
