Practice Details: The candidate will be required to perform history and physicals, comprehensive review of systems, and thorough chart reviews as well as prescribing medications/ therapies, ordering diagnostic tests, performing minor therapeutic procedures, providing peri-operative evaluations, and first-assisting in the OR.
